I was curious if anyone passes up places like Bass Pro or Cabelas, and goes to the small bait shops hoping to find a good bargin, or a few cool lures. Well I went yesterday, and saw some great stuff. I got some money minnows:

And I got 2 brand new curados for a great price.

I also saw some sweet jap. lures. One was like a crazy crawer, only it looked. It looked sweet, and I really wanted it, but i just didnt have the money.

i dont have any major corps in my area but there is alot of small tackle shops by all the near lakes and towns   most of them have excalty what i need and most will order certain baits from wholesalers for me   thats how i got ahold of the basstrix  

No small shops like that in my area sadly =( Wish they had them though.

there is a small shop around where I live, and they have almost anything zoom in any color, and some odd ball cranks and spinners you just can,t get anywhere else.

I have one in my area called Johnny's. Some pretty good stuff jammed into a really small store.

Greentop is king around here, this place the most awesome selection of hard to find, oddball stuff and the old standby's. Also an excellent gun selection.

There are a couple other small places too, like Surfside, Pope's, Cole's...

Just curious but I though the Money Minnows supposed to be hollow like the BassTrix? I messed around with some today at BPS and they were hard as a rock. :-/
