Anyone use these? Looking for a reel to use in the salt every once in a while. Anyone else use a low profile baitcaster in the salt? Thanks!

i use the Revo Inshore , holds 175 yards of 12 lb. line , built like a tank , 24 lbs. of drag , size 10 frame (same size as the stx , sx , s , etc...) love this reel , i use it primarily for bass , but also fish with it for bay bass and calicos . a great all around reel . here is a review - http://www.tackletour.com/reviewabugarciarevoinshore.html

I use my curado E reels in saltwater.  As long as you rinse it after fishing with it in saltwater, then it's going to be okay.

any reel that you use in salt water you should have cleaned and lubed a few times a year , more then what you would do for a freshwater reel !! just rinsing it isn't enough .....
