My tournament partner is in need of a couple of new rods.  He's in the process of buying a house and money is tight so he was trying to find something decent that won't break the bank.  Does anybody have experience with the Pinnacle rods advertised here?  At $45, they are priced well but I'm curious how durable they are before I recommend them to him.

    Lightning Rod  by Berkley for under 40.00 can't be beat.
