Big Show Paddleworm.......YUM

Featured Replies

Funny seeing is how I said in past threads that I don't like YUM stuff and I would probably not buy any of there product anymore. Especially with * prices and great baits.

But last night this bait caught my eye at Dicks Sporting Goods.

That slab between the body and paddletail is very thin. Can't wait to try these out on a shakey head. Purchased this color in the 6" size. Really is something different.

sidenote: If you have a Dicks near you check them out. They had a ton of Berkley Powerbaits Original scent on sale. Picked up a pack of 4" Chigger Craws on sale for 2.40 a pack.

That's a great looking 6" worm! I'd expect it to do well. Dang, will the "Curse of the Bait Monkey" ever go away? NOPE:o)

Think the action would be pretty nice on a t-rig weightless as well. Durability could be a concern though....that's how thin it is between the tail and body. But 15 do come in a pack for the 6" version.

Durability is no issue on these,no worse than anything else.It is an awesome bait on a shakey, give the fish something a little different.Weightless works great too, when I want to give the trickworm eaters something different.

I havent used them in weighted t-rig applications yet so not sure, but yes it is a good worm no doubt.

wow  i really like that bait  i never seen it before   i really would like to try one on a drop shot rig.  Does anyone know where u can buy one from?  i would rather buy from a store than online but will  so if anyone can give me alittle help about that i would appreictiate it

My experience has been finesse fishing for shakey head and drop shot requires a subtle presentation.  Something with a lot of action works sometimes by sight, color, and size relation to natural forage is much more effective.

I'll admit, I'll buy a pack if I see one though! ;D

I purchased mine from Dick's Sporting Goods. They had them hanging on Yum cardboard display.
