Hey guys,

Just wondering if any of you have fished Mark Twain Lake lately and how it went.  

I am heading that way either tomorrow or Monday and was wondering if anyone had a first hand report?

hmm no i dont...I fished a tourney up there 2 weeks ago, and it seemed that all the fish were cought on chart/white spinnerbaits...I only cought 1 keeper (3.34) and he was on a silver/white spinnerbait...i dont know about all the other ones, but when i cought mine, he hit as soon as I came in contact with a stickup.......but you might see me up there tomorrow...my grandpa, dad, and me are going up to winterize the boat and camper....so if you see a green and white Sea Ray ski boat with 3 people in it...thats probably us....what kind of boat are you gonna be in?

Bummmer, had I known that I may have come that way, guess I should have checked. :  

We ended up staying here in southeast Iowa and even though the water is getting cold we slaughtered em on shallow cranks in the timber today.  Thanks for the info though and I have the day off tomorrow too so who knows, maybe I'll go that way.
