does anyone know if this part of the river is any good for bass fishing? or of any lakes that you guys do very well on. i have been to wehrspan had one bite but we were there about 1 hr. but any help would be nice.

    Hi Brg,

    The Missouri is not great for bass fishing in our area.  I wish it was, I took a tour boat on the Potomic yesterday and seen all the bass fishing and made me jealous.  Wehrspan and Walnut have been the best for me.  My big fish of the year in Neb came from Wehrspan 21.5".  Also some quantity all year.  

    I'll look forward to our outing.
