HawgHunter34 Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 this will be my first time on lake of the ozarks next week putting in at PB2 was thinking abought going just west of bagnell dam to start out? I don't know? Give me some in put Hawg Hunter34 keep on fishing. Quote
405z06 Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 I could spend the entire day fishing right there within eyesight of PB2 or the Glaize bridge. Great points, brushpiles, docks, good coves, etc...it has it all right there. If I were putting in at PB2 today I would tie on a Wiggle Wart and hit every main lake point in that area up to Robin's and re-evaluate after that. Unless you have some secret spot or some good, current info about the Dam area, I don't know why you would be in a hurry to get to the dam. Quote
KS_Bassin Posted March 20, 2009 Posted March 20, 2009 Watch out when launching we had a tournament there awhile back and the water was down 5-6 feet if I remember right. Both points right outside PB2 should produce fish with either a jerkbait or wiggle wart (darker crawdad colors). Quote
Super User cart7t Posted March 20, 2009 Super User Posted March 20, 2009 If you're wanting to fish the North Shore area you're much better off putting in at Coffman beach access area in the lower Gravois. PB2 is over 15 miles from the North shore area, Coffman beach, just a few miles. Quote
