Choke Canyon

Featured Replies

Planning a trip the first week of May to Choke Canyon. We are looking into being guided by Charles Whited, Barefoot Guide Service. I am sure he will have plenty of tips for us but I was wondering what any of the locals guys might add. Flying in from the Chicagoland Area and hope to travel light so we only want to bring what is necessary. Any ideas?

Leo, let me know how you do please, we are headed there the last week in May and taking our boats, first time there, any help you can throw our way would be appreciated.

FYI, the fifth Share a Lunker from that lake this year was donated to the hatchery yesterday. I believe it weighed 13.78.
