Has anyone fished here this season for bass? I'm wondering if the lake is as good as I've read. Is it considered a numbers lake, or less larger fish? I have the lake map book from Sportsman's Connection, and it calls Ripley a "great bass lake". I don't know how current this info is. I want to get some info before I drive out there. Is it free to launch? Any tips, hot spots? Thanks.

Try going to www.lake-link.com and do a search for Ripley in the Wisconsin section.  To many posts for me to weed through right now, I personally have never fished, have heard it was decent but not one of the top 10 WI fisheries.
