It varies from lake to lake and season to season. I'd guess during April should be the peak of it.

    I talked to Dave Stewart at Kentucky Lake yesterday, and he seems to think somewhere between the second week of April to the 20th or 21st will be prime time.  

    Watch your lakes water temps.  When the water gets above 55 degrees for 2 or 3 consecutive days you will start to see activity.
