Bass are seriously hitting on the charles in the upper sections of the river, from welesley on up.  Got 9 largemouth today on shallow diving bomber style crankbaits in 2 hours, all of them over 2 pounds, some real monsters over 4 pounds.  What a way to break in my new pflueger reel and ultralight ugly stick today

I suspect like the charles this recent rain has really upped the fishing on a lot of the rivers around here, so get out and fish   ;D
