NE Ohio

Featured Replies

I have a tourney tommorow on Long Lake in the Portage Lakes chain.  Club members fished it all week have haven't done too well.  The water jumped from 44 to 51 degrees in 2 days.  The action should start picking up.

hey guys... I plan to head out to Ohio for their free fish days with a buddy. Going to be in the Akron/Canton area. We seemed to have a bad luck every year we do this. Anyone have any suggestions on where to fish in NE ohio early may? And please list suggested bait or spots to fish if you could...thanks! Just a rookie looking to catch something...

I found a nice site to help you locate lakes in your area smizener

(there was a link here but im not allowed to post it until i have 10 posts)  >:o

they break it down into a couple different regions, with lakes in every region. Hope this helps! :)
