Has anyone fished Alum Creek Lake for smallies?  I have been there three times and havent caught that many.  The first time my cousin and i caught about 8 decent sized ones about 2-3 lbs.  That was back in August.  Just wondering if anyone has had good luck since then, i talked to someone that said the lake can be feast or famine.
