Went out with my friend last night but we couldn't get a bite, although i was glad i got out because i only used my baitcaster so i got a little more practice in with that before the years over with no birds nests also ;)...Unfortunately i think i am going to call it a year and take the rods and tackle out of the car for good this year. Had a great year of fishing this year and am hoping to top it next year

I've had success using blade baits and jigs.  Blades in deep water when I find bait pods.  Jig bite in 50 degree water 2-4 foot deep for green fish.  Hope this helps.
