Does anyone on here know when they will start to let the water rise in Nolin Lake? Also I have 3 acres the run along Nolin River. I know that the state owns, I think 50ft up from the bank. Does anyone know if it would be legal for me to clear out a small spot for a fire pit for night fishing, also is it legal to put out fish cover<logs and pine timber> while the water is down?
