Where and what is the best way to use a shakey worm?

are u talking about shakey worms in general or bereky powerbait shakey worms?  well i like smaller profile worms for shakeyhead technique     i rig the worm straight on the head  i dont use it weedless on less fishing weeds or timber  but it is mostly a rock and hard bottom technique    i like a dead sticking and very slow presentation   if i feel that the bait is right where the fish are  i will just let the bait sit and the fish will find it    u can shake it alittle but too much actually spooks fish    keep it simple and you will be fine
