Anyone Fish Conowingo?

I have a tournament at Conowingo Lake next weekend and I will not be able to pre-fish.  Does anyone fish that lake and if so what should I expect?  I have looked at Google Earth and I figured I would fish Funk and Broad creek but I was intrigued by the upper end of the lake.  Does anyone fish up near those islands and if so can a fiberglass boat navigate it safely?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
