Fishing been very slow here anyone got idea why :-?

Come south I have been doing well at Mazonia in Briadwood. Welcome aboard good to have another Uncle.

I know fishing is really slow up in Elmhurst. I had better luck before summer when I was fishing at school in Springfield.

Where ya been fishing, what patterns you been trying?

Uncle Paul, its worth listening to Uncle Leo. Mazonia full of fish.  Lauren, get away from Elmhurst for Bass, head west to the Bartlett area about 35 minutes away.  I live in elmhurst, trust me its better out west.

Lately the Illinois River has been on fire with bass. We've had a couple people pull 5 and 6 lbers out of local marinas.

shimmer, I have a tourney down on the Illinois on sunday,  we are launching out of chillicotthe.  I have never been on the river down there, got any advice or spots I should hit?  I need all the help i can get.
