Pay to fish in PA

Recommended Posts

Hey PA fishermen I'm from the Montgomery County area and would like to know if any one knows of a pay to fish club around this area. I've heard of one lake ,or pond, but no one seems to know were it is. I'm not even 100% sure if one even exists , but if it does, I would think that there should be some nice lunkers in there. Any help on this matter is greatly appriciated.

I could tell you of a number of free lakes in PA that contain tons of fish.

All of the "pay lakes" I know are used for areas like campgrounds and are primarily used for trout fishing........

Never heard of one for bassin here in PA.

But I beg to ask the question, with all the fishing here, why in gods name would you want to pay to fish?

Lake Pahagaco is $90 a year bass lake, members only.  It's near Spring Grove Pa.  But it does have a 2-3 year waiting list and you have to use their boats, no boat ramp.  Never fished it but my brother knows people who are members and it has big boys.  Or you can just buy a house on the lake and your in!!!  I think the site is Pahagaco.com.
