BassMaster magazine price increase

Featured Replies

If not in the right section feel free to move. Received a phone call today from them. They are going to raise the price from $15 a year to $25. They are offering all the subscribers a three year deal at $15 per year. They are saying if you let it expire then it will be $25 per year and when the three years expire it will be $25. >:(Let them know I was not happy but did the three year deal.

They are trying to make up for those of us who don't get their crappy magazine anymore.

WELL SHAME ON YOU.

Bassin is the way to go IMO.

I get that one too.  3 years (21 issues) of Bassin on the same website above goes for only $14.65.

I let my subscription lapse a couple of years ago when they changed the format.  It's been a long time since I've learned anything from Bassmaster.  The only magazine that I subscribe to anymore is Basswest USA (I live in Connecticut).   If there is an article in Bassmaster about a new technique, then is was probably in Basswest at least a year before.
