Does any one have any idea about fishing Lake James, right after the ice comes off. I am trying to get ready for my first tournament ever, and its at the end of march. really wondering if its worth entering? Any help is greatly appreciated. ie(baits, colors, techniques, hot spots etc....)

if your talkin about the lake james im thinking of then its connected to Snow Lake and Big and Little Otter...if so check out the site in my signature. good lake, alot of big pike n smallies as well as largies. good luck
