Which Indiana Lake? Looking for LM Bass

Featured Replies

I have a friend visiting from Colorado tomorrow and would like to take try a new lake.  I have been fishing Morse Reservoir all summer and it is very low right now so would like to try either Lake Wawasee or Raccoon Lake. Which would you pick and why?

Will be fishing Monroe on Saturday, but would like to warm up on one of the two above mentioned.  Thanks

I fished the Barbee Chain last weekend which is just south of Wawasee. The lakes really cooled and the fishing was tough. I would think Wawasee cooled down also. Tough call I do not know much about Racoon but Wawasee can be quite good but may be near turnover if the weather does not warm up.

Raccoon, but only because I haven't been on Wawasee for ages...I'd guess they're all either turning over or really close.
