Anyone know when they change the lock at Bull Run? I've got a serious itch to get out on the water even if I dont catch anything.  Has anyone been doing any fishing around the NoVa area lately with any success?

    I don't know if the lock has been changed.  I also have an itch to go fishing but I haven't caught anything since December 1st even though I have been out multiple times.  I am guessing the fishing will be tough.
