Anyone Want to Fish Okeechobee w/ me in Feb?

I will be taking a family vacation in Ft. Lauderdale Feb. 13 - 20th. I am planning to sneak off for a day on Okeechobee. If any of you have a boat and room for a partner I would love to fish with you one day - I'll bring lunch, pitch in for gas, etc. If anyone doesn't have a boat, but knows the area and would like to split a boat rental that would work too. I'm also looking for a good online map of Okeechobee that labels the different areas - Corn field, etc. Anyone know of one?
