Just wondering if anyone fished the Roanoke River for stripers this past weekend?  I'm this coming weekend.  It will be my first trip to the Roanoke and was just wondering if I should head right for Weldon or if it would make more sense to fish in the lower river, ie Williamston or Plymouth area?  Just wondering if the water is warm enough yet for the fish to be there.
