Looking for recommendation for a guide in North Myrtle Beach/Shallotte  area at end of May.

    If you are going to the beach strictly for fishing, North Carolina beaches are best. (Morehead City, Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, etc..) I've heard of people using Capt. Stacey. However, if you go to the docks at Morehead City beside the world famous Sanitary Restaurant, there are many boats sitting there advertising charters. With this said, I assume you are ocean fishing?

    Thanks for info, but I am staying with family in the Sunset Beach area and the places you mention are to far away to travel to. Any idea of things a bit closer?

    While ocean fishing is OK, probably would rather do lake or pond for bass
