I went out on the Potomac near Fort Belvoir yesterday with a friend of mine for about 5 hours and had about 7 keepers, 4 cats and 1 yellow perch.  The biggest was caught on a Green Spro Frog which ran 3lbs, the others were between 1-2lbs which were caught on spinners and oil color curly tails T-rigged.  It was a great time until it started getting too hot.
