Wednesday, July 30:  Lake Frederick

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

Weather permitting I'm planning on hitting up Lake Frederick tomorrow afternoon for a few hours.

I haven't been out there in a few months so I'm sure the grass is mighty thick, so I'll probably be scoping for some deep water structure, etc.

I'll probably head out around 430 and plan on being in the water around 5.  If someone would like to come along I've got an extra seat.

Good luck!  Wednesdays and Thursdays are the best days on that lake for me... Fish have finally stopped being shy from the 10,000 anglers on the water over the previous weekend.

I like Lake Frederick during the week.  I live about 10 mins from there and try to get wet atleast once every week.  The young ones love the Yamamoto 4" green pumpkin senkos, I usually get three or four <1lb each time I go. I cant get the bigs ones to bite yet.... 8-)

I have a few spots I can show you some time,  wont be home till about 7ish tonight though.

Have fun.
