Historic Lake to Be Restored in Richmond, Virginia

In Saturday, March 28, 2009's Richmond Times-Dispatch, there is an article about the City restoring the old Forest Hill Park lake.

The lake was destroyed many years ago by silt build up and for practical purposes it no longer exists.

Another place to fish in the City of Richmond will be created within six-months and hopefully the Virginia DGIF will put some nice bass in the lake.

I think I will ask them to stock it with the Florida strain variety.  ;D   ;D   ;D

That's a great story. There is no such thing as "too many places to fish."
