Last year USA Bassin was talking with a Doug Smith in Florida, about starting a division or three for us.  Well he pulled away and never did a thing.  Promises and promises.  I have been contacted by a national bait company who he owes big money to in baits.  Mr. Smith was selling for them and he owes USA Bassin for a Equalizer Scale and money to them.

His e-mail has been shut off, his telephones have been disconnected.  You know the story.  Pleae help us find him so we can fix this problem.
