Any of you guys ever been/heard of a Gunn's Run road, it is off of John Tyler Memorial highway, it appears to be a boat ramp on Google maps on a creek that leads into the James. I know a guy that lives on that same creek and was wondering what the fishing was like in that creek and in the James in that area. I think the actual creek is called Gunn's Run creek if that helps, Thanks.

Rick Clunn was purported to have won the BassMaster Classic in Gunn's Run the last time it was held on the James River.  Don't know that I believe that story, but it was the prevalent one going around at the time.

All of those small drainage creeks hold catchable fish, primarily on the outgoing tide.

Watch the tides as an outgoing tide should produce some good results.
