Looking for a good public lake in Southern Broward County, Fla.

Featured Replies

I have a couple of lakes in my neighborhood that I fish, but I'm a bank fisherman as I don't own a boat.I fish mostly from an old dock that my late uncle built. He passed away awhile back and the house was sold and I have to ask if I can fish there and don't want to wear-out my welcome. So any lakes you guy's know of would help. :)

Thx, Eric.

Markham Park has tons of bank access and plenty of fish. Vista View Park has quite a bit as well. Best part is you won't be trampin' through peoples back yards or unknowingly trespassing, fishing is welcome in both parks.

Markham aint bad at all.  Easy place to get around.  Easy to get to also.  CB Smith isn't too shabby either.  Lots of bank access there as well.
