Howdy was just wondering if anyone knows how to catch bass on high water? I have just started fishing and can't seem to catch a fish on incoming water. Any info would be great.

    I'm still learning the tides, but everything I have heard is to fish the outgoing tides and that you fish the tide over the time of day.

    Fish outgoing tides.

    Get the Woo Daves DVDs or videos on fishing tidal rivers.

    Visit Woo's web site http://www.woodaves.com/ and look under Fishing Tips.

    Woo discusses fishing high tide so look up that article.

    Guys are catching them in the barge pit. If you have never been in the barge pit please be careful entering and exiting the area from the creek.

    As requested above, what areas of the Historic James River are you fishing?  :)
