Boats all ready for me being a boat captain for the Orange County High School Jr angler tournament on Lake Anna tomorrow.  Best of luck to all the anglers competing.

To all other boat owners - take a kid fishing.  It will change the way you look at fishing and at todays youth.

How did the tourn go?

It went very well.  The weather was great.  Water temp at dike 3 was about 51*.  That was where the only fish was brought into the boat.  2.6 lbs.  The young angler who caught it came in 4th place.  One of the kids brought in 2 stripers (didn't count for the tourny) and they had a combined weight of just under 10 lbs.  All the kids had a blast and all us old farts did too.

Thats cool and what its all about. I have heard Anna was one tough fishery anyway.  I for one appreciate you taking time out of your schedule to help out deserving kids.
