hey whats up everyone. i am new to the boards but not to the world of fishing. i use to fish when i was really young. any how...

i am looking to get back into it and want to know where i could go in the local area for some good fishing? what tackle do you guys recommend? i use to use shiners a lot but that does get a little expensive if i just want to use that. i read that the senkos are really good.

all advice is welcome

    what part of miami will you be at?

    flukes , stick baits , brush hogs , finesse worms and lizards are always with me when i head out to the water. floating rapalas , shad raps and spooks are great hard baits also.

    shiners are always a good choice too if youre just out to catch fish.

    i live by tamiami airport. i dont mind doing a little traveling as long as i can some fish
