Seeking any info on the Cascade lock area.  Thinking about giving the area a shot for smallies.  I know the water temps are in the low 40's.  Any info would be appreciated....

Right now I would fish the reservoir areas of the river, near rocky rip rap, with either float n flys, or finesse grubs fished deep and slow. Jigging spoons and tailspinners might work as well.

I fish here all year around with 3 presentations skin and bones on a shakey head, carolina rigged brush hog, tubes

Well the locks were closed this weekend, will have to try it again soon.  Thanks for the info anyway....
