Hey,

Does anyone know if a 12' Aluminum v-hull with a 4 horse outboard and a 25Lb trolling motor need to be state lisenced? I plan to be fishing there on June 13, Free fishing day, and kinda... need to know. I've looked it up on many search engines and websites and can't find out anything about it. ANY ADVICE IS NEEDED AND WILL BE USED!!!!!

    Anything with a motor whether it gas or electric needs to be registered.  Even the inflatable kick boats with electric motors have to registered.
