I've noticed that several times, abbrieviations were used in place of phrases, i.e., BTW. Several members (including me) asked for the meanings. So how about you guys post the abbrieviations you know, and we'll all go away smarter! ;D

These are more geared towards IMs (Instant Messages), but I have seen them in other places.

Ne1 got ne more?  probably Muddy will have some that will make us all ROFLMAO (Rolling on the floor LMAO)

ROTFL - Rolling on the floor laughing

AMB: Attsa My Boat    

Here are two i made up:

SCAOKBILTHTS: Spitting coffee all over keyboard becusae i'm laughing to hard too swallow. ;D

FORL: Falling off roof laughing

some others:

BRB: be right back

JMHO: just my humble opinion

GTG: got to go

fishing:

BC: Baitcast

LP: Low Profile

WS: Widespool

SPN: Spinning

NJ: Bad place to fish

Exept during World War 2 When spotting a German submarine you'd have to say

"Attsa notta my boat, attsa U boat"
