RageTail Shad Hooks???

I recently bought some RageTail Shad baits and fished them.  I got quite a few bites on them and missed probably 8 out of ten. I even let them have it until I felt them.   I was using 4 alt hooks with them.  The hook is exposed on top.  Have ya'll had any sucess with this bait on hook ups?  Any suggestions would be appreciated

    Chad, Pls change to a 5/0 or 6/0 EWG hook and problem solved. You can go to my website for video and pictures illustrating hook up instructions or strikeking.com has as well.
