I'm trying to play a dvd and it plays but is choppy.  I get a warning when I first call it up which reads:

The application requires DirectDraw acceleration, which is not available in your system.  Please enable it in "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" (dxdiag.exe) in the tab "display"

How would I do this?
