Air Alert

Featured Replies

I've started this new workout. It is supposed to give you 8-12" of improvement on your vertical...

here is the site

have any of you tried this or heard about it?...

My son starting playing soccer when he was 5 years old.

He's 32 now and still plays as well as coaches.

Along with LaCrosse it put him through college.

I remember him putting two chairs next to each other on the back lawn and jumping straight up on one and then the other.  At the end of each jump he would make like he was heading the ball.

I'm still hooked on soccer.  Avid fan of the EPL.

Basketball players have excercises they use to add height to their jumps.

Never saw the program you linked, but "Air File Mob" has a strange but compelling ring to it.  ;)
