I guess I will not live long enough to see another Triple Crown winner, lol. I was not convinced that Street Smart had it in him and really thought it was going to be Hard Spun, and it dam near was. I was shocked when Curlin won, especially when he stumbled at the gate. He showed his heart on the third turn and last leg though. What a good race.

    Yea it was They really blocked that rail!! The best for me was seeing DW Lukas up and in it. He hasnt been visible too much since his son's accident. Woody Stephens and Lucas are my too all time favorite trainers :)

    Good race.   Thought Street Smart really had a chance.  Makes me wonder though, in this age of technology and advanced training, if there will ever be another triple crown winner?
