Fish Photography - Tri-pod for Camera

Featured Replies

I keep hearing the need for better picture taking equipment and suggestions. Being a photographer and graphic design guy, I thought I would let everyone know the easiest and cheap way for getting your pics. It is much easier than you think, just make sure your camera has a timer and your set. The Sun Pak Compact is very light being only 1.6 lbs and has quick release levers and locking levers. Set up the tri-pod before you start throwing your bait and its as easy as pushing the timer. It costs $19.95 and has not let me down yet!

Hope this helps everyone!

I'm on my second tripod  and my second digital camera.  I had a cheap tripod and the clamp came loose a few years ago as I was raising it and my digital camera from my boat's deck to take a pic....  The camera ended up in 12' of cold, muddy water.
