Sox in 6

Featured Replies

Just had to post this being from Mass. I grew up and live 30 minutes from Boston. I know sweeping the Rockies would be like kicking dirt in their face, but I want to see the Sox win the series at home in Fenway. I hope the game goes 6 games and we win it at home. I want to see all the fans run onto the field like the maniacs they are. BEANTOWN!!!

If the rockies play like they did last night its only going to last four.

I think the Rockies will steal one at home.  Possibly the next one with Dice-K.  He's the most inconsistent pitcher the Sox have right now.

I'm gonna say the Sox in 5. I see the Sox beating up on Fogg in game 3 but the Rockies are a good team and I think they'll get a win against Lester.

I think the Rockie will be able to steal one at home as well just because our defense is going to need to work to cover that field. It all depends on what Francona does with the outfield choices he has (cocoa crisp and ellsbury). Lester is a good pitcher but him or Matsuzaka will probably allow some runs. It's all going to depend on how our bats are and the defense plays. It would be hot to sweep the Rocks though. One good thing about Boston right now... our bullpen hasn't had to do hardly ANY work at all other than Okajima in this series. We have a lot of guys rested ready to get in there.

Did anyone see that pick off move at first on Holiday? Papelbon is a beast!

P:s:  GO SOX!!! Two Series in four years baby!!!  We can do it!
