Last week I couldnt find my Ipod so I finally figured out that someone must have taken it out of my backpack on the bus I ride. I know I didnt loose it. Im pretty sure that I know who has it and he wont show anyone his mp3 and he never had a mp3 until the day after I couldnt find mine. After I asked if I could see his ipod he said know and didnt go to school thurs and fri. Id hate to flat out accuse someone of stealing something so what should I do. BTW the school said no one has turned one in.

Maybe it fell out and he picked it up, now he's all caught up. i would get your parents to maybe speak to his parents, and a little forgiveness would go a long way for the both of you, if it turns out to be yours.

Get someone to look at it and then tell them some of the songs that are on it and that might prove that its yours.

One of my friends tried to look at it but he wont let anyone and my mom knows but since hes been absent theres not much that I can do. Ive got the serial number and all of that stuff since its not to hard to get a USB and put different songs on it. Ill let you all know what happens if anything.
