Gents, I'm sorry for my outburst, Sorry for the attitude toward ya. :-[

I for some reason got sensitive and am somewhat ashamed for it, I'm a bigger man than that :(

There was no reason for it period.

Avid, surley believe I'am sorry-Long Mike I feal bad as well for this. please accept my apologize's.

I must confess because I peed off the wife that day as well, therefor something was bothering me that I thought I was O.K. with and I took it out on others, but, I sleep with the wife so I gotta take her out for dinner-sorry guys hope  my apologize is good enough :)

but, I sleep with the wife so I gotta take her out for dinner-

No problem dude. be aware though,  that I'm easy.

Long Mike may require something more than dinner....

It would take a very small-minded man to not understand that everyone has a very bad day once in a while.  It also takes a REAL man to publicly admit when he has made a mistake.  It's all water under the bridge.  I would feel much better though, if you would send me a Gift Certificate for Outback Steak House.

Thanks as well LongMike, I'm afraid I only have used up gift cards for the steak House. :D

I really thank ya guys for being understanding about it. I believe its been my job latley(more like the past 2 years) I do not enjoy it much anymore, I thought it was what I wanted being a manager at a production plant-but, 16 years and I look back and accomplished only financial gains, the rest is sad in my oppinion.

Its a general labor work pool and the company expects Doctor degree workers. I'm sick of canning people(which is what happen that day)-I mean truly sick of it, even if they desrve it or not-I'm sick of it. it seems I can't find a reward in this line of work except a money gain.

I'm older now and I guess I want more of a reward than just a paycheck-sure would like to feel good at the end of the day instead of being pushed to tell others to WORK,PUSH,WORK!

You know what I would love to do??? Make donuts for a living :) surely there's no pressure there, you waited for red sprinkles to come in and instead green ones come-so you still get to use them. What if you had a wrong shape donut come out? eat it ;D Man get up at 2:30 a.m. and be home by noon. sounds good and relaxing to me, not to mention the coffee :)

"Buds," For too many years, like you, I had to be the *** - first as an Operations Manager for a large oil field service company, and then, for the last ten years, running my own marble restoration business.  I got so sick and tired of the incessant employee problems that one day, about two years ago, I said "Screw it. I'll do it myself."

I now work alone, but I have the luxury of choosing the jobs I wish do, when I wish do do them.  I don't make a lot of money these days, but I have the great good fortune of being married to a successful CPA.  Our kids are grown and gone, so it's just the two of us.
