Good morning,

I'm retired, but I'm getting myself in trouble. This past weekend my wife and I put up our Christmas tree. Since then I keep asking her if she wants to decorate it. She keeps putting it off. Here's where the trouble starts. I'm very bored so I went and got all my tackle bags and lo and behold the tree is now filled with crankbaits and jerkbaits.

Nothing says Merry Christmas like a Clown X-Rap and a Parrot DT-6.

I wonder if she will notice?

I know what you mean. I have been working in the yard for the last three days.

If I catch her not looking I will run in and get on the computer. ;D It won't be long before she will hollow and ask if I'm going to finish the yard before Christmas. That's when I get up and boogie on out the door. Don't want to get

her upset, I could lose all my gifts under the tree.

You don't want to lose the goodies under the tree.

I did that about ten years ago, or so. The son and I did it while my wife was at work. She came in the door and said " Oh, good. You guys decorated the tree. Thanks" It took her about half an hour to notice what we did. I thought at first that this was not going to well received, but she stared at it for a minute or so, and then started laughing. The only problem was getting all those cranks, spinnerbaits, buzzbaits, etc, unhooked from that tree after it was all dried out. That sucked bad enough, I never did it again.

Just checking to see if everyone is up and headed to work. ;)

7:30 thats getting to be about lunch time :) Normally up at 4.
