With Petrino going to Arkansas it makes the SEC West a conference with very high profile coaches.

Miles, Tubby, Croome, Petrino, Satan and Nutt.

In the SEC East, there are these great coaches.

Myers, Spurrier, Phulmer and Richt.

That't ten of twelve teams in one conference.

I would list the Kentucky basketball and Vandy baseball coaches but I don't know their names.

Man, is the SEC a tough conference or what?

Billy Gillespie is at UK. It was sad to see him leave us, but I think Mark Turgeon will carry the torch pretty well.

I'm looking forward to Houston Nutt laying it on the Hogs in a couple of years. That Ole Miss program has been pretty down since Eli left.

I'm not impressed with his 41-9 record coming from the big east.    When has the big east been noted for winning the "BIG GAMES"?

The way he left town speaks volumes for his character, but unfortunately, if he does have sucess in the  SEC, then he will be forgiven.

The Southeast Conference was supposed to be the dominant force in college football this last year - the problem was that they beat up on each other to the point that only LSU really rose to the top and even they had a tough go of it toward the end.
