What would you call this?

You wouldn't believe it, but in my first tour we had a 'weapons buy back program.' Come sell your 70 year old flint lock muzzle loader for three times the price of an AK. "we know you'll use the money for good..." three weeks after that program and Sadr City was chaos. THe IED's had gotten big enough to kill tanks and brads and RPGs had gone from anti personnel to anti-tank. Morters upped in size and it seemed like every window had a guy with a brand new Kalishnakov in it. So yeah...an Iraqi garage sale with American buyers.

crazy stuff man. i've got endless respect for what you do for us over there. i know i couldn't do it, so mad props to anyone that can.

to me it looks like an effing good time  ;D
