If you can, watch it.

It is a very funny show about pranks the cast plays on people.

And the entire family can watch it and have a good time.

Hey Sam is that like the old Candid Camera Idea?

I've tried to watch it, but it's a bit too fast paced for me.  I always like to see them reveal that it's a joke and see the reaction.  As far as family oriented, I don't know.  Some of the content of the show seemed a bit questionable to me (but then again, maybe that's just me).  Maybe better suited for the 10 and up crowd? IMO
